In the case that your item is defective or damaged, please email us within 3 days after your item has been delivered and a refund or exchange will be given once the original item is returned. Shipping charges to return are the customers responsibility.
NO returns on custom orders—no exceptions.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase via email. After that NO Cancellation will be allowed.
Please make sure your address is correct before check out. I cannot refund orders with an incorrect address. If the item is returned to me, I can reship once new shipping charges have been paid for.

I would suggest choosing Priority Shipping as it includes up to $50 insurance on your package.
