What does Pre-Order mean?

A pre-order item is a product that has not yet been made but will be at a later time after order has been placed. 

What is your current processing time?

Our processing times vary for each item. Please check the descriptions of items for further details on the specific items processing times. All items are handmade and therefore take time to craft. If an order is placed with two different items, the order will be send out in the timeframe of the item with the longer processing time.

What if my items have different processing times from each other?

In the case that multiple different items have different processing times, the order will be shipped out with the longest processing time of those items. 

Can I get them sooner than the items stated processing time?

At the moment we are offering a 'Rush My Order' listing option that moves your order up to be processed sooner. However, we do our best to ship out items as soon as possible. Please purchase this listing if you need your ears by a certain date, as we may be able to accommodate.

How long after completing my purchase will I receive my order?

Our processing time varies for each of the items. Once orders are completed, they are shipped via USPS. Shipping time depends on where you are located and what shipping option you chose (international shipping will take longer). All orders come with tracking. Please refer to our policy page for further shipping information.

What is RTS?

This means a product is 'Ready to Ship'. RTS items are sent out in 2-3 business days. A product will specifically say if it is ready to ship in its description. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If a package is lost or damaged on the way, we will do our best to resolve the issue. You can contact USPS as well. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

My tracking info is not updated / Where is my package?

This is normal, don’t worry! A notification is sent to you with tracking info once a shipping label has been created. Once packages have been dropped off to USPS, they are scanned in to show the packages are accepted and in-transit. However, there are times when USPS doesn't follow up on scanning the items at every station. Please be patient. 

Do you take Custom Orders?

At the moment we are not taking any custom orders. We will announce on our Instagram, @ImajineArtEars, when we decide to open up custom order requests.
